CreativeMates, a Hollywood, CA based start-up company had a unique business plan that required a totally customized software solution to operate its entire business online.
CreativeMates wanted to build an online singles network tailored specifically for the Arts and Entertainment Industry. The business plan called for a fun and uncomplicated online experience where creative artists, technicians, and performers along with business professionals could meet and get to know each other and hopefully make a romantic connection.
CreativeMates engaged Tridian to build its entire online software system as well as develop its brand identity and Web site design,
Phase I - Planning and Documentation
The first phase of the project was the planning stage. Tridian reviewed the CreativeMates business plan and met with the CreativeMates team to gather and document the business requirements. Once the business requirements had been formalized Tridian developed the technical specifications or "blue print" for the entire system as well as the production schedule.
Phase II - Development
With project planning and technical documentation in place the Tridian development team commenced software development of the project. As development milestones were reached Tridian met with the CreativeMates team to review work completed and discuss the next steps.
Phase III - Testing and Implementation
Following the final stage of development the system was moved to a testing environment. Here the CreativeMates team could get to know the system and request any final changes before it was set live.
Today CreativeMates is operating the entire business online using the system custom built to specification by Tridian.
