Los Angeles Web Agency seeks rock star graphic designer.

We work hard, but do it in a close knit and collaborative environment. If you are an enthusiastic and talented Web Designer looking for a full time or part- time / freelance position please read on.

You will work closely with our Creative Director to develop high impact web site designs for our clients. You must be a strong, enthusiastic designer with creative and conceptual abilities. This position can be held off-site but may require some minimal on-site work at the beginning of each project. If hired full-time, work will be on-site only.

DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Conceptualize and execute designs fulfilling our client's merchandising, business, sales, marketing or branding objectives
  • Take direction from design lead(s), as well as work independently to explore and create successful designs
  • Manage design projects efficiently and accurately while maintaining priorities, deadlines and deliverables
  • Work precisely/accurately on multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Works closely with management, art directors and project managers to ensure necessary project changes are made
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Adobe CS products especially PhotoShop
  • A strong command of typography, color, composition, hierarchy and how these elements work together for a design solution
  • Working knowledge of web design, user interface design, HTML DHTML, Java Scripting, CSS and SEO preferred
  • Proficiency with Flash preferred.
  • Professional Web Design experience or professional quality web portfolio.
  • If applicant does not have a web design portfolio, they must demonstrate an understanding of design issues and requirements unique to the web.
